  • Clients are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from franchisors, parent companies, or third parties before granting DohShield access to data systems.
  • DohShield is not responsible for incomplete findings due to system outages or lack of access.

DohShield provides tools and insights to support theft detection but does not guarantee identification of every incident or prevention of financial loss.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

DohShield's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, system inaccessibility, or misuse of services.
